I plan to take my test in April or May (still deciding) so I have 3 or 4 months with classes left to study. I was surprised at the Kaplan scoring because on F元 I only got 6 wrong on CARS (so 47/53) yet somehow Kaplan thinks that correlates to a 127.? Which sounds a bit ridiculous, given that on my AAMC Sample Test I also got a 127 on CARS but got 12 wrong (41/53) in contrast to only getting 6 wrong on Kaplan F元 (yet same score). My first test was AAMC Sample Test, got a 511 (C/P:128, CARS: 127, Bio: 128, Psych/Soci: 128) ġ week later, took my second test (Kaplan FL 2), got a 508 (128, 125, 129, 126) I did one practice test so far each week for the 3 weeks of my study: I'm about 3 weeks into content review (along with classes) and have almost finished the biology review book from Kaplan, but have not touched any of the other review books. ![]() /r/GAMSAT - Australian & UK Medical school Admission Test.P/S = Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior (Tentative) AAMC Sample FL Score ConversionĬ/P = Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological SystemsĬARS = Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skillsī/B = Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems # Correct -> Scaled Score Converter for AAMC Material These posts will be removed and the user banned without warning, subject to the discretion of the mod team Learn MoreĪll of the above rules are subject to moderator discretion High Yield MCAT Links You have signed an examinee agreement, and it will be enforced on this subreddit.ĭo not intentionally advertise paid or free products or services of any sort. Every year medical school admissions get more competitive, making a high score on the MCAT an essential part of a candidate's application.
